I am currently pursuing the Intellectual Property Law Specialization offered by the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera. This comprehensive specialization offers an in-depth exploration of intellectual property legal frameworks and their applications.

Program Structure:

The specialization consists of four interconnected courses plus a capstone project:

  1. Copyright Law: Examining legal protection for creative works, fair use doctrine, and digital copyright challenges
  2. Trademark Law: Covering trademark registration, protection, enforcement, and brand management strategies
  3. Patent Law: Exploring patent eligibility, application processes, patent prosecution, and infringement cases
